Flow Executive is partnering with a global insights and technology organisation to appoint a Managing Director for Australia.

The Australian business combines:

• Consultancy-led custom research
• A global panel and agile platform capability
• AI-enabled solutions, including synthetic persona pre-testing

The next phase of growth requires a leader who can unify these capabilities commercially and position a compelling, integrated offer to enterprise clients.

With a high-performing Research team already in place, a loyal client base and a suite of leading agile and AI-enabled products to sell, this role is ripe for an experienced Insights leader ready to step into a Managing Director role.

We are seeking a leader who:

• Can walk and talk market research and strategic insights, with the ability to consult with clients and shape solutions
• Is credible when consulting with senior enterprise clients
• Has managed a >$2M client portfolio or equivalent P&L responsibility
• Brings strong client-facing experience and local networks
• Can drive both account growth and new business acquisition, as well as stabilise and grow FMCG relationships
• Can champion AI-enabled capability and help shape the future of the business

This is a rare Country Head role where you can run an Australian business like an entrepreneur with the backing of a global agency. Shared services such as HR, Finance and Marketing will be on hand, as well as continuous investment and development into product innovation.

The Package

• $220–230k base + super + attractive uncapped commission structure
