Flow Recruitment is pleased to bring this important, Senior Director – Public Sector Research role to market.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the direction of a nationally respected public sector practice influencing government policy using clear, practical and elegant research solutions.
We are seeking an experienced thought leader to strengthen its capability and visibility across large-scale, complex government and policy programs. The role requires both methodological depth and executive-level influence.
The Role
- Architect longitudinal research designs
- Win and shape major government and policy programs
- Lead senior client relationships
- Provide strategic oversight across large national studies
- Coordinate closely with field and operations leadership
Candidate Profile
- Experience as a senior social or public sector research practitioner
- Experience designing and overseeing large, complex national studies
- Quantitative research experience, design > execution - essential
- Strong tender and revenue track record
- Displays credibility and gravitas with senior government stakeholders
It is likely you will already be working in a Research Director or Practice Lead capacity within a public affairs, social research or evaluation consultancy. We are also open to senior Researchers working in Government with prior consultancy experience.
