Flow Recruitment is partnering with a global mega-brand to appoint a Consumer & Business Insights Analyst.

Reporting to the Consumer Insights Manager, this role will suit a mixed methods researcher with skills in Qualitative and Quantitative research methodologies.

We are looking for someone with lots of agency cross-breadth.  One day you may be deep in a consumer immersion, another facilitating a sensory testing, the next running a concept test.  You will be as familiar checking a screener and tightening up as finding a story from raw data and presenting it in a compelling way.

This role will suit an agency side Researcher with sound dualist skills.  You will be excited by working with different data types, across Insight teams and with a diverse group of internal stakeholders.

They are a small, nimble team who are leaned on by the business as Insights Specialists.  They use research suppliers to do the heavy lifting with the team focusing on the translation and commercial implementation of insights.

From week one, you will have the opportunity to present to Heads of Marketing and be quickly involved in the creative process from taking an insight into performance in market.
