With demand for their Insights & Strategy work at an all-time high, they’re in growth mode and ready to hire a Senior Research Consultant to join their Melbourne practice.

You’ll work across a wide range of research types including market sizing, segmentation, communications development and evaluation, customer experience, and product and service innovation. Their client portfolio spans commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors, creating a melting pot of cross-sector learning and innovation.

As a Senior Research Consultant, you’ll manage national client accounts with a focus on project delivery, stakeholder engagement and client development. Experience using tools such as Q or SPSS, running ad-hoc and tracking studies, analysing data and drawing out compelling insights will all set you up for success.
