Consumer healthcare sits between traditional pharmaceutical (prescription-led) research and FMCG. Categories include vitamins and supplements, pain relief, oral health, skincare & wellness, digestive health, and energy & muscle health.

With market research in these categories in high demand, and with an existing portfolio of spending clients already in place, this agency is now ready to hire their first Practice Lead, an end-to-end role spanning research, strategy, and growth.

This role will suit an agency-trained, senior market researcher who is comfortable with hands-on delivery alongside commercial responsibility. You will be confident owning the full research lifecycle (pitching to presentation) and have the commercial instinct to grow the client portfolio and revenue to a point where a second hire is justified within twelve months.

You will likely be familiar with consumer healthcare, or adjacent categories. The types of research include brand & communications, segmentation, customer experience, innovation, and shopper, spanning quantitative and qualitative primary research methods. You will be skilled at designing bespoke research approaches and translating findings into clear, commercial insights.
