03 Feb Quantitative Research Consultant – master the craft of data & analytics, Melbourne
Our client is an award winning, mid-sized research and analytics consultancy. They use primary and secondary data to create effective growth opportunities for their clients.
This business is in fine financial shape and with continued, projected growth for 2020, they are looking to hire a quantitative Research Consultant in their Melbourne office.
A Research Consultants role is to support with research projects; write questionnaires, day to day project and client management, data analysis, developing story led reports, debriefs and more.
All projects are bespoke, and Researchers work hard to ensure an attentive, tailored and personalised client experience. Research Consultants are encouraged to think freely and let go of any rigid thinking. They find this ‘no holding us back approach’ enjoyable and liberating.
Culturally, this business has stayed true to their start-up values. They allow freedom and autonomy with access to senior leaders; they are firm believers diversity brings better outcomes, and they enjoy celebrating success. Their culture is more akin to a boutique management consultancy than research agency. This is a culture where you can have your say.
To be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable working with data. It is likely that you will already be working in a research, insight or strategy role, with data at the core. It is important you can relate to marketing and business challenges, make sense of problems and package them up.
This is an exciting role for someone looking to master the craft of research and analytics. In return, you will be part of a vibrant and diverse team with lots going on socially.
