Description

Flow Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with ORIMA Research, Australia’s leading public-sector consultancy.

ORIMA’s strategically important research studies support the development and evaluation of public sector policy and programs and for-purpose services.  They use ethical, inclusive and evidenced-based approaches to inform government and for-purpose organisational decision making.  Simply put, their work matters and contributes to people, and their wellbeing, in our society.

In 2020, ORIMA launched the Disability Services Research Division; a centre of excellence tasked with executing projects covering strategic impact, evaluation and measurement frameworks, customer feedback, staff engagement and business intelligence.

Client briefs can be as diverse as, ‘how do we prove that we are making a positive impact on people’s lives’ to designing and implementing more tactical customer and employee experience programs.  Expert engagement techniques using quantitative and qualitative components, often mixed, allow for pinpoint advice, and person-centred outcomes.

With tremendous appetite for this type of work, we are looking for a highly skilled researcher with a passion for social research in the human services sector.

We need someone with a background in quantitative research, who understands research design, and is cognisant of all research techniques.  You will have a good foundation of knowledge using evaluation frameworks, from helping your clients set up a program, explaining the logic behind it, to determining the measurement base and KPI’s.

With your audience group in mind, you will have the ability to think creatively and flexibly, as well as having an appreciation of inclusion and diversity.

This is a wonderful role for someone who is passionate about bringing positive change to the disability sector.  It is a great time to join the team, with the opportunity to help shape the division, work with cutting-edge research techniques, in a business full of brilliant, bright, and inspiring people.

If this sounds like the career move you have been waiting for, get in touch with James at james@flowrecruitment.com.au or call on +61 (0) 408 509 289.  All conversations will be treated as private and confidential.
