Sydney HQ - work from anywhere in Australia, Australia
Job Type

Why move to this agency?

  • Direct access to one of the founding Partners – a recognised thought leader in the industry
  • Exposure to strategic brand building work, shopper and more
  • Variety of clients – global brands to local businesses
  • Qualitative focus
  • Work in a fun, supportive and respectful team
  • Full flexibility to work from anywhere

Working in a mixed methods team, you will look to bring human understanding to every business challenge, using sensitive elicitation, observation and interpretation skills to get under the skin of a moment.

You will get to play with traditional (face-to-face), and cutting-edge qualitative research methods, as well as getting to work closely with your quant counterparts bringing trends and themes together.

Depending on your depth and breadth of experience, you will either be supporting or co-leading qualitative research projects.  Engaging and building rapport with clients is encouraged at all levels.  Your day-to-day may include conducting depth interviews, observing or co-running groups (in person or online), synthesising analysis, storyboarding, and shaping findings.

The ideal profile is someone with experience in a qualitative research role (ideally coming from research agency or client side).  Curiosity, originality, an appreciation for cultural differences and a hunger for learning and self-development are all traits we would hope to see.
