An independent, locally owned insights and strategy company who set the bar high, and help their clients make quantum leaps.

Examples of work range from global brand revamps, strategic comms development, disrupting habitual categories, pack refreshes, and using semiotics to guide strategic brand direction to tackling briefs such as looking at the future of seafood!  Their work is bespoke, creative and original.

A Strategy & Insight Consultants job is to work on projects spanning Brand, Behaviour Change, Customer journey and UX, Innovation and Cultural Insight & Futures.  All strategic work is built on primary qualitative research principles, old and new.

This role will suit someone who loves qual and is well versed in qualitative methods including ethnography (mobile / online), digital and traditional qual techniques (focus groups, running interviews, co-creation workshops), cultural insight, trends work and interrogative desk research.  A background in Behavioural Science will be highly valued.

Confidence using creative and projective techniques, and knowing how to distil information into clear cut, decisive actions and strategic recommendations is key.

You may come from a planning, behaviour change, brand strategy, qualitative research, or broader insights background, what’s important is your ability to connect brands, people and culture.  We are looking for a bright spark with tonnes of creativity, a free-thinking Insights Explorer, and Brand Strategist.
