This high-flying insight agency is best known for its advanced quant, high-end qual and integrated marketing problem solving.  They are specialists in insights capability building, innovation, cultural insights and brand planning.

As the team in Melbourne is still forming, your role will be all-encompassing; pitching for work, overseeing the design of complex quant programmes and helping your clients understand which moments matter the most to their customers.  As the team grows, you’ll have the opportunity to manage a small-medium sized team (if you want it) but will always get to focus on the client challenge, the research and the story telling.  Even Partners at this agency still love to be hands-on.

This is the perfect role for a senior quant research practitioner (Senior Consultants and Research Directors get applying) who enjoy defining and delivering positive and meaningful customer experiences.  You may have risen through the ranks on the agency side gaining some good, solid experience working on large tracking studies, or have moved across to client side implementing the agencies research.  What’s important is a passion for CX, data and strategy.

As a senior member of the team there will be lots of opportunity to contribute to commercial, people and business strategy.  This is a role with stretch, full of thrill and reward.

Salary range:      $150,000 - $170,000 package plus benefits
