Born in London, with offices in Amsterdam and NYC, this is a truly global cultural insights consultancy. Their Sydney division is brand new, and this will be the second hire, so be ready for a journey full of thrill, fun and reward.
This agency is best known for working on the cool and creative projects, with the most talked about brands. Client briefs tend to centre on brand, comms, product, service or thought leadership, always exploring the authentic wider cultural context.
They use a nice range of research methods, innovative online and offline techniques (from ethnography and workshops to online communities and mobile reporting), quantitative work and social listening – extending through to analysis frameworks and sound strategic consultation.
We are looking for an early career qualitative researcher, ideally with a couple of years recent insight agency or brand consultancy experience. You’ll be tuned-in to cultural trends and have a strong sense of why culture is important to brands.
Technically, it is important you know how to run a qualitative research project, from design to analysis stages. Weaving cultural context into the story is part and parcel.
People here understand, appreciate and love culture. You may contribute to culture in some way, shape or form (writing, art, music, languages), it’s a creative, big thinking and modern environment with no limits.
