We are looking for an established Research Director who can bring an intellectual approach to ‘Quant’ drawing on advanced methods, behavioural frameworks and macro trends.

Writing proposals, running programmes of work, rallying the troops and delivering impactful insights are at the heart of this role.  The ability to learn, flex and change will see you move out of your comfort zone into new and fascinating areas of research.

Projects are largely bespoke and tackle the big issues of today. Their quantitative and qualitative expertise is cutting edge, and their consultancy is leaned on by key figures within industry and Government.

You may already be working in the social market research sphere, either at a research consultancy, a thinktank or in Government, or you could be working in commercial research ready to make the switch. What is important is a rigorous approach to research and a keen interest in subject areas such mental health, border security, climate change, economic reform, domestic violence, disability and childhood trauma.

Salary:                $130,000 - $160,000 + super + bonus
