Qualitative Lead – “be the heart of Qual”, Auckland – New Zealand

Flow Recruitment
August 19, 2019
Auckland, New Zealand
Job Type

A multi award-winning insights agency with a fierce reputation for being bold, current, influential and damn good at solving the complex problems companies face today.

Their work blends behavioural research, data analytics, strategy, culture and design.

The core is consulting; taking clients problems, solving them and setting strategy.  This can cover how clients express their brand, package their products and services, effect behaviour change, guide the pathway to innovation and deliver to the market.

We are looking for a Qual Director – an expert in qualitative methodology and design.  A natural leader, someone who is able to enthral clients who can talk the strategic brand talk and walk the marketing tools walk; someone who is innately curious who gets and enjoys research.

This role will be key in driving the agencies qualitative strategy and looking at new ways of aligning qual with other methods.   As New Zealand’s largest, independent research and analytics agency, the opportunity to push qual into new directions is hugely exciting.

You are likely to come from a creative brand or insight consultancy, enjoy tackling the big client questions, inspire others with a no-box thinking approach and be known for presenting the WOW factor.

What’s great about this agency is the chance to collaborate with cultural and brand strategists, a data analytics team who look at data efficiencies in terms of AI, machine learning and predictive analytics and some seriously good inhouse designers.  Their work is original, distinctive and beautifully crafted.
