As a key member of the research team, you are delivering high-quality research outputs to customers, shaping best market research practices within the agency. You will get to mentor team members, streamline processes, and collaborate with customers and internal teams, driving innovation and success.
Primary responsibilities involve:
- Collaborate with customer success and strategic partner teams to understand and address clients' research needs.
- Provide expert guidance on research best practices and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Give detailed feedback on customer survey setups and assist with custom implementations in a timely manner.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and top agencies across New Zealand and Australia.
- Analyse client results, deliver actionable insights, and support clients in interpreting data through presentations and consultation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and streamlined workflows.
- Mentor and support the research team and wider organisation in research methodologies, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing cross-functionally.
We are looking to speak to people with a strong track record in top-tier research consultancies and demonstrated exposure to creative and innovation-led research, including product and concept testing.

Location – Sydney OR Melbourne
Salary range – $110,000 -150,000 AUD inc. super + Share Option Scheme
