The purpose of their work is to extract commercial advantage from cultural insight. Their mission is to help brands understand, and leverage, the intersection between consumer behaviour and broader culture.
The Singapore division is a few years old, and with continued growth, and an abundance of demand for this type of work, they are looking to hire an agency trained quantitative researcher to take the lead on quant projects, including research design, project management, data analysis and client delivery.
Projects are 100% ad-hoc, focusing on brand, comms, product and service. Most projects span multi-markets.
This is a great role for an established Research Manager to stamp their mark. We are looking for a talented quant researcher, someone who genuinely enjoys crafting stories from the data and analysis. Working in partnership with ‘super brands’ in tech, fashion and alcohol, you will directly help the client make big business decisions.
In terms of you, we are looking for solid quant skills, some of which will have been gained within a research agency. We are looking for a bright spark, someone with great communication skills and who is looking for a role with lots of scope for personal development, ownership and growth. An appreciation for culture, and its importance to brands is key.
As part of the global quant team, you will need to be comfortable working independently and flexibly. Qual dualist skills, or a desire to upskill in this area is an advantage.
