Job Type

Our client is a successful, fast growing and pacey research agency with offices across the USA, Europe and Asia-Pacific.  In just one decade, they have grown rapidly and now work with more than half of the world’s top 100 brands.  They help their clients succeed in product innovation, brand engagement and customer value.

Their Sydney office opened doors for business late 2019 and the reception has been excellent.  With numbers tracking well, the time has come to hire a Client Research Director.

This role will suit someone who comes with several years of market research agency experience and is looking to shift their focus from project management & delivery to client and account development.

Working closely with the MD and the global CD team, you will be a natural at spotting new business opportunities, get a buzz from meeting new clients, having high level business conversations and converting them into proposals.  You will still keep one foot in research, ensuring the brief hits the mark, that the right questions are asked and overseeing the final deliverable, including presentation of findings.

This role gives you the opportunity to join the Australian office in the early years, be instrumental in building the brand and business and be rewarded for that success.

This is a rare and enviable opportunity to shape the future of the Australian organisation and your own career.
