This is a rare opportunity for a Graduate to join a fantastic market research agency with a view to becoming a specialist in Healthcare & Pharmaceutical research.

This agency was founded to push the standards in healthcare research by transforming the experience for their client partners and helping to solve their marketing challenges using data driven thinking.

With fifteen people spread across Sydney (HQ) and Melbourne, they have a Graduate opening (the first in the agencies history!) to join the team in a learning and supporting role.

The role will work across qualitative and quantitative methodologies tapping into patient journeys, customer decision mapping, comms and channel strategy, brand planning & building, performance monitoring and strategic roadmaps.

A business or sciences degree will be highly regarded especially if aligned to the sector or subject matter expertise; Psychology, Biomedical Science / Medical Science, Pharmacy / Pharmacology, Anthropology, Neuroscience.

As important as the qualification, is the desire to learn and grow into a well-rounded Market research professional. You will be naturally curious, have a knack for problem solving, know how to connect data, patterns and trends. Working in a fast-paced agency environment, clear and concise communication skills (written, verbal) are key.

Salary range:                 $60,000 - $65,000 + super (12%)
