This buzzing boutique research consultancy is best known for using research and co-creation sessions to inform brand & strategy, innovation, NPD and comms development.

Researchers work across a mix of sectors – social, fmcg, tourism, education, fs – it’s a healthy, collaborative environment where people can express themselves and be the drivers of change.

With its grass roots planted in Sydney, they are now branching out and forming a team in Melbourne.  A good chunk of this agencies work is already Melbourne based so plenty of projects to pick up and run with.

As the team is so new, you’ll need to bring energy, ideas and positivity to the table.  As one of the ‘originals’ of the Melbourne business, you’ll be able to shape your role to your strengths and work with the MD to influence business and team strategy.  As the business grows, people management opportunities will present themselves later down the line.

This role will suit a confident qualitative researcher from a client-focused research background.  Someone who can design and execute a broad range of qualitative projects and interpret these to make a tangible difference to the client’s business.

You may be a Research Manager / Associate Director either working in one of the large research agencies looking for more flexibility and breadth of work, or, someone working in a small, boutique agency environment ready to take on more responsibility.
