We are looking for a bright spark with tons of creativity—a free-thinking Insights Explorer. You will love the craft, be excited by the chase, and enjoy experimenting with new ways of working. Curiosity is key!
This role will suit someone who loves qual and is well-versed in qualitative methods, including ethnography (mobile/online), digital and traditional qual techniques (focus groups, interviews, co-creation workshops), cultural insight, trends work, and interrogative desk research.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need confidence in using creative and projective techniques, along with the ability to distil information into clear, decisive actions and strategic recommendations.
Examples of their work range from global brand revamps, strategic comms development, disrupting habitual categories, and pack refreshes to using semiotics for strategic brand direction—or even tackling briefs like exploring the future of seafood! Their work is bespoke, creative, and original.
