Quantitative Research Consultant – strategic ad-hoc and tracking work, Sydney

Flow Recruitment
August 19, 2019
Sydney, Australia
Job Type

Lots of things stand out about the work here: there is a good mix of ad-hoc and tracking projects.  The tracking work is varied - brand & comms, category trends and customer experience.  On the ad-hoc side they cover most areas of research from strategic segmentation studies to brand positioning, to creative development, packaging and brand identity, distinctive brand assets, reaction to provenance and more.

Quantitative Research Consultants are not only fantastic Project Managers but also Insight deliverers.  This agency like to run monthly brand and comms workshops with their clients Marketing teams presenting top line findings and diving into the performance of recent comms campaigns.  Their work is incredibly well regarded with results going across the business and up into the Exec report scorecards.

They have a hands-on, client focused ethos at this agency.  It is also adult to adult as a culture and collaborative.  They don’t work in a hierarchical sense, they work as teams solving client problems and doing great research. Client interaction is daily – you’ll be supported by an experienced Project Manager, so you get to spend your time on discovering trends, picking out top line findings and consulting with your clients.

We are looking for well-rounded research skills: a quant specialist with the ability to design and deliver the research; someone confident writing proposals, drafting questionnaires and hot on the analysis.

In return, you’ll get to join a top tier, international market research agency with excellent career prospects.
