The Quantitative Research Consultant will join a team of fourteen people, an eclectic mix of people with different styles, characters, and backgrounds, who gel together, have fun, and do brilliant work.
Client accounts span global, household brands in retail, interesting and disruptive brands in financial services, fun and playful brands in fmcg. Projects are mainly ad-hoc so plenty of diversity, original thinking, and tailored deliverables.
Depending on your depth and breadth of experience, you will either be supporting or co-leading quantitative research projects. Writing questionnaires from scratch, analysing data using SPSS and Q, and having the confidence to present research findings, and hold an audience, will all be skills that you be looking to actively develop.
Working in a mixed-methods team, it would also be great if you are qual curious so you can begin to build your skills as a dualist researcher (although not essential).

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 package (in. super), 25 days annual leave plus other excellent employee benefits.
