The Sydney business is in full flight and, given their ambitious growth plans for 2026, they are ready to hire a new senior Business Director.

A Business Director is a senior role in the agency responsible for leading client relationships, revenue targets, playing an active role in ad hoc research projects and ongoing programs of work, and being known as a thought leader in their area of expertise.

This role will suit an entrepreneurial, client-savvy insights professional with a strong research agency background. You will have been, or still are, a market research practitioner, ideally quant-focused, who is enthusiastic about joining a scaling, successful, independently owned insights firm.

The client and commercial focus is paramount. We expect this person to be tapped into CEOs, CMOs, Heads and General Managers of Insights, and other senior client-side decision makers. We are looking for a hunter mentality, someone who is commercially driven to open doors and secure opportunities to pitch for programs of work.

Salary: AUD $200,000 (with flex) + super + bonus
