Description

This top-tier research & growth consultancy is best known for its pure consulting, immersive qual and integrated marketing problem solving.

We are looking for a skilled quantitative or mixed-methods (quant – qual) Researcher with a strategic mind-set.  You will be in your element working with clients to get the best out of research data.

Working in a mixed methods team, you will look to bring human understanding to every business challenge.  Most of your time and energy will be spent with one of Australia’s most loved brands.  With briefs landing every day, you will get to know this client inside and out.  Briefs span tactical to big strategic programs including segmentations and U&A studies.

Your traditional research agency experience will give you the tools to design, cost and run bespoke research projects.  At the junior end of the scale, we need someone who can confidently pick up and run with quantitative projects, including data analysis using Q.  At the upper end, there would be more involvement with advanced analytical techniques including segmentation and max-diff analysis, as well as high level account management and strategic planning.

This is a great company to work for.  Personal and professional development, health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and rewards and recognition are all top of the agenda.  It is a progressive and supportive environment where you get to work with and be mentored by some of the best in the industry.
