Flow Executive is pleased to present a senior leadership role within a global insight’s consultancy, responsible for building and driving a strategic advisory practice in Hong Kong.

The business operates as a strategy and advisory consultancy, helping the world's leading financial services organisations translate human understanding into commercial decisions and CX strategy. Their Hong Kong practice is high performing, well established, and operating at the most senior levels of client engagement.

About You

• A strategy or management consultancy background with financial services exposure, carrying enough research fluency to lead an insights team. The research is a complement, not the foundation.
• A CX consultancy background, ideally with financial services clients, and a track record of translating insight into business and commercial outcomes.

You are a strategy or advisory professional first and foremost, with the commercial credibility to sell, shape and deliver work that drives impact, ROI, transformation and change.

The Package

• Base salary: USD $200,000 to $220,000 (flexible)
• Bonus: 10 - 15%
• Relocation support: visa sponsorship, flights and temporary accommodation
• Location: Hong Kong
