Flow Executive is pleased to bring this Senior Director opportunity to market on behalf of a globally recognised insights and strategy consultancy operating across APAC, Europe and the US.

This is not a traditional research role. The business sits closer to a strategy consultancy, helping the world's leading organisations move from insight into commercial action. Their Hong Kong practice is high performing, strategically led and well established.

The Role

This is a senior player coach appointment leading the largest team in the Hong Kong office. You will inherit an established client base and a team generating approximately USD $4 million in annual revenue, with a clear mandate to grow both.

About You

You are a senior research or strategy professional who has evolved well beyond pure methodology. You think commercially, communicate at board level and know how to translate insight into decisions that matter.

• Expertise as a Research & Insights professional with demonstrable experience in a research consultancy or a related strategic environment
• Strong mixed methods capability across qualitative and quantitative
• A demonstrable track record of revenue growth and client development
• Experience leading and developing high performing teams
• Strategic planning or consulting background highly beneficial

The strongest candidates will have come through the strategy or consulting arms of leading research organisations, innovation consultancies or hybrid insight and strategy environments.

The Package

• Base salary: USD $200,000 to $210,000
• Bonus: 10 - 15%
• Relocation support: visa sponsorship, flights and temporary accommodation
• Location: Hong Kong
