Now at a pivotal point in its journey, the founders are carefully handpicking a team of insight and strategy professionals to deliver against a growing book of work.

This Senior Consultant role will be the first hire in Australia with a focus on qualitative research, an opportunity for someone with strong qual credentials who is motivated by being part of a growing agency.

The role

• Lead qualitative and mixed methods projects end to end, from research design through to fieldwork, analysis and the final story
• Moderate groups and interviews, and facilitate client workshops
• Build the qualitative offer in Australia, helping to shape proposals and win new work
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, landing clear and decisive recommendations
• Help develop others in the team

The person

• A qualitative or mixed methods researcher with agency or consultancy experience
• A confident and inspiring moderator and facilitator
• Able to find the story in the evidence and turn it into something clients can act on
• Ability to lead and enthral clients
• Motivated by growth; ready and willing to build together

Salary:                             $130,000 to $165,000 + super + benefits
