A Business Director is a senior role in the agency responsible for leading client relationships, revenue targets, playing an active role in ad-hoc research projects & ongoing programs of work, and being seen as a though-leader in their area of expertise – in this case, quantitative research & strategy.

This role will suit someone with a strong quant background who is enthusiastic about joining a challenger agency in start-up phase.

You will know how to work alongside a client and relate.  You will be comfortable spending time at the front end unpicking a client brief and will know how to apply research findings at the finish line.

With office presence in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, you will get the chance to collaborate with cultural and brand strategists, in-house designers and an integrated data science team.
