Client Lead – Quantitative Research: culture-based Insights, Melbourne & Sydney

Flow Recruitment
June 13, 2024

Job Type

A multi award-winning insights agency with a superb reputation for being bold, current, influential and damn good at solving the complex problems companies face today.

Their work blends behavioural research, data analytics, strategy, culture and design.

The core of their work is consulting, taking clients problems, solving them and setting strategy.  This can cover how clients express their brand, package their products and services, effect behaviour change, guide the pathway to innovation and deliver to the market.

We are looking for a Client Lead – a proven Quant Strategist with experience leading client accounts.  You will know quant and come with a broad range of research experience covering tracking, U&A, segmentation, brand development, NPD and ad testing.  The role would suit someone with a strong technical quant background who is ready to shift gears and take on a strategic, client facing role.

As a client lead, you will know how to work alongside a client and relate.  You will be comfortable spending time at the front end unpicking a client brief and will know how to apply research findings at the finish line.

What is great about this agency is the chance to collaborate with cultural and brand strategists, a data science team who look at data efficiencies in terms of AI, machine learning and predictive analytics, and some seriously good in-house designers.  Their work is original, distinctive and beautifully crafted.
