20 Jan Consumer Insights AI Specialist – Melbourne

Description
This role will suit someone who would rather lean into Product than Consulting. The start-up nature of this technology business is such that growth is constant, often explosive and unexpected. This allows for room to grow with the company, as well as movement across disciplines: product, development, research, strategy and customer success.
This is an unusual, exciting and contentious role that will appeal to those looking to learn and shape the future of market research.
In its simplest form, the role requires someone who is data savvy with a couple of years market research agency experience. You will be privy to the problems Marketeers aim to solve, and the role of Market Research & Insights as part of a Marketeers modern day toolkit.
This newly created role will involve training AI to think and respond like a Researcher. You may ask your AI tool to think differently about survey data, cut it up in different shapes and sizes, teach it to create ideal summaries or smash it up, building experiments, testing the boundaries of traditional analyses.
The AI Researcher role will be on the tools until the point where the work is handed over to the Development team to implement.
