The role:

• Responsible for end-to-end qualitative research project management,
• Proposal writing, research design, field work management, qualitative analysis & insight creation, report writing and presentation.
• Client & stakeholder management.
• Client development including cross-selling of the agency’s diverse suite of consulting services.
• Designing studies that clearly deliver on client objectives.
• Delivering presentations and pitches with impact.

The person:

• A great body of evidence of insights consulting work (qualitative focus) including a demonstrable ability to work across multi-dimensional client projects.
• Small-mid-sized research agency experience.
• A skilled moderator, interviewer & listener.
• Skilled at unpicking a client brief and know-how to deliver outstanding work at the finish line.
• Somone who enjoys the art of teaching and helping people to develop their core consulting skills.
