Your focus will be on helping clients navigate the complexities of customer experience management, enabling them to deliver exceptional experiences that foster customer loyalty and drive business success.

This CX Research team covers three main service areas, 1.) Tracking (30%) – annual relationship surveys, 2.) Tech-related work (30%)) - collaboration with Qualtrics & Medallia for technical implementation), 3.) Ad-hoc, strategic projects – covering qualitative & quantitative research, segmentations, customer journey mapping.

The role:

A newly created Research Director position, this role will bridge the gap between the practice Director and other mid-junior level members in the team.  This presents a superb career opportunity to set-up into a 2iC role with client, commercial, project and team responsibilities.

This role will suit a Market Research / Insights professional with sound knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. It is fine for you to lean more into one method than another. We would expect to see good application of thematic analysis, connecting the dots, building into strategy.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with strong research skills with a commercial focus. A background in customer research, specifically B2B will be highly regarded, as will any Voice of Customer program design and management.
